Mr. William Thomas "Bill" Jolley, Jr

Mr. William Thomas (Bill) Jolley, Jr., age 84, of Mount Airy died at Twelve Oaks Nursing Center on Friday September 25, 2015. Mr. Jolley was born September 1, 1931 in Beaufort County, NC, the son of the late William Thomas Jolley, Sr. and Cora Lee Jackson Jolley. Mr. Jolley was the owner and operator of Jolley’s Beauty Shop for many years, and after retirement he enjoyed his work as a Wal-Mart greeter. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Tonya and Clark Lloyd of Dillsboro, NC; two sons, William T. (Bill) Jolley, III and his wife Trish, of Mount Airy, and Joseph Burton Jolley of Mount Airy; grandchildren, Tiffany Ann Jolley, and Joseph Burton Jolley, II; and great granddaughter, Daisy Brown. In addition to his parents Mr. Jolley was preceded in death by his wife, Tassie Baker Jolley, and a sister, Frances Lee Jolley Sadler. A private service will be held at a later date. Moody Funeral Service of Mount Airy is serving the Jolley Family.
