Mr. Wyatt Franklin Puckett

Mr. Wyatt Franklin Puckett, 75 of Mt. Airy passed away Saturday, June 13, 2015 at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home. He was born in Surry County on February 15, 1940 to the late Jefferson and Lethia Smith Puckett. Mr. Puckett retired from the U.S. Air Force with over 28 years of service. He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Doug Mitchell of Graham, NC; a son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Tracie Puckett of Lowgap; five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Mr. Puckett was preceded in death by, his wives, Anne-Marie Travers Puckett and Nancy Eggers Puckett; and three sisters, Hazel Dalton, Shirley Coleson and Gladys Wilhite.
