Mrs. Alma faye Brintle Tolbert McMillian

Mrs. Alma Faye Brintle Tolbert McMillian age 76 of 176 Alicia Lane, Mt. Airy, NC passed away Sunday, December 7, 2014 at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home. She was born November 4, 1938 in Surry County to the late John Jerry and Kate Kallam Brintle. She was retired from Cross Creek Apparel and attended Dover Baptist Church. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth Anne "Libby" and Anthony Cecil "Tony" Lowe of Mt. Airy, a granddaughter, Heather Alicia Lowe of Mt. Airy. In addition to her parents, Mrs. McMillian was preceded in death by her first husband, Ralph William Tolbert and her second husband, Robert Lee McMillian and a sister, Barbara Anne Welch. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel. The service will be conducted by Rev. Randy Edwards. Burial will follow in the Dover Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Tuesday at Moody Funeral Home.
