Mrs. Barbara Sue Todd Beck

Mrs. Barbara Sue Todd Beck age 70 of 304 Beck Lane, Pilot Mountain, NC wife of Mr. Bobby E. Beck passed away Sunday, March 2, 2014 at her home. She was born February 14, 1944 in Surry County, NC to the late Coy Claude Todd and Ruby Mae Moncus Todd Fortner. She was retired from Sara Lee and was a member of Peoples Church. Surviving are her husband of 52 years, Bobby E. Beck of the home, a daughter and son-in-law, Lisa Ann and Junior Hall of Pilot Mountain, a son and daughter-in-law, Bobby Wayne and Darlene Beck of Pilot Mountain, five grandchildren, Austin Beck and wife, Sara Beth of Pilot Mountain, Dylan Beck of Pilot Mountain, Teddy Hall of Pilot Mountain, Terry Hall and special friend, Justin Spillman of East Bend and Tara Beck of Ararat, three great grandchildren, Kayson, Karson and Brayden a sister and brother-in-law, Ethelyne and Fred Arrington of Westfield, and four brothers and sisters-in-law, Delane and Diane Todd of Lowgap, Curtis and Pat Todd of Abington, VA Carldean and Bunny Todd of Galax, VA and Leroy Fortner of Pilot Mountain. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Beck was preceded in death by her son, Timmy Delane Beck. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, March 6, 2014 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel. The services will be conducted by Rev. Gary Sawyers and Rev. Bill Spurlin. Burial will follow in the People's Church Cemetery.
