Mrs. Beatrice Emily W. Robinson

Mrs. Beatrice Emily Willard Robinson, age 90 of Mt. Airy, passed away Friday, April 11, 2014 at Universal Health Care. Mrs. Robinson was born in Surry County on May 20, 1923 to Zeb and Mattie Willard. She was a loving grandmother and was retired from Blue Ridge Burke Insurance Company. Surviving are her five dear grandchildren, Mark Robinson and wife Lori, Patrick Robinson and wife Hailey, Dale Robinson and wife Barbara, Sharon Robinson and Tommy Burden; six great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by her husband Johnny Robinson and a son, Paul Robinson. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, April 14, 2014 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel by Dr. David Sparks. Burial will follow in Midkiff Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
