Mrs. Bonnie Phillips Van Gorder, age 82 of Vesta passed away Thursday, November 28, 2013 at Heritage Hall Laurel Meadows Nursing Home. She was born in Carthage, NC on April 3, 1931.
Surviving are her husband, Kenneth Van Gorder of the home; two daughters, Judy Benrud of Cary, NC, Becky Young of Raleigh, NC; three grandchildren; one great grandchildren; one sister, Myrtle Jones of Moncure, NC; and one brother, Atlas Phillips of Sanford, NC.
