Mrs. Brooxie Bowman Ingle

Mrs. Brooxie Bowman Ingle, age 90 of Stuart, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2015 at her home. She was born in Patrick County on April 6, 1925 to the late W. D. and Susie Coleman Bowman. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Ingle was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Wendy Martin, eleven brothers and three sisters. She was a member of Hills Grove Baptist Church where she had attended faithfully as long as she was able. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.

Mrs. Ingle is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, James “Lyle” Ingle of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, James and Carolyn Ingle of Stuart; one daughter and son-in-law, Janice and R. J. Cassady of Stuart; three grandchildren, Danny Ingle and wife, Debbie, Tammy Atkins and husband, Rob, and Tony Ingle; six great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, some of whom were very special; and special caregivers and family members, Debbie Ingle and Tammy Atkins.
Funeral services for Mrs. Ingle will be held Sunday, October 4, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Pastor Randy Bartley officiating. Burial will be private.
