Mrs. Carole Christine Atwood Hale

Mrs. Carole Christine Atwood Hale, age 70 of Stuart, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at Pioneer Community Hospital in Stuart. She was born on September 2, 1945 in Portland, Maine to the late Irving Thomas Atwood, Sr. and Lillian Winifred King Atwood. She was a member of Elamsville Church of God of Prophecy.

Mrs. Hale is survived by her husband, Larry Hale of the home; two step-children, Michael Hale of Ferrum and April Goforth of Florida; three step-grandchildren, Jasper Hale, Alana Mitchem and Jaden Knight; one brother, Tommy Atwood, Jr. of New Hampshire; and two sisters, Nancy Scott of New Hampshire and Holly Atwood of Spokane, Washington.
A memorial service will be held Friday, September 18, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Pastor Greg Martin and Pastor Tommy Bailey officiating.
