Mrs. Catherine C. Fulk

Mrs. Catherine Cook Fulk age 84 of North Franklin Rd. Mt. Airy, NC. passed away Tuesday January 7, 2014 at her home. Mrs. Fulk was born May 13, 1929 in Surry County to the late Bernie Dee and Ola Marie Inman Cook, she was a homemaker and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband Jesse Lee "Junior" Fulk, Jr. of the home, one daughter Cathy Marie Fulk of Mooresville, one son Ronnie Lee Fulk of Mt. Airy, two grandchildren Travis Lee Fulk and April Halverson and her husband John and six great grandchildren Maddux Fulk, McCoy Fulk, Tyra Galloway, Trey Galloway, Abigail Halverson and Amelia Halverson. In addition to her parents Mrs. Fulk was preceded in death by two brothers Larry Cook and Roland Cook. Funeral services will be held Friday January 10, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy with services conducted by Chaplain Justin Nelson with burial to follow in the Skyline Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 10:00 AM until time for the service at Moody Funeral Home. The family would like to give a special thank you to Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care and to her caregivers Barbara Senter, Brenda Ayers and Sherry Walsh who did such a wonderful job looking after their loved one.
