Mrs. Delores Faye Manuel

Mrs. Delores Faye Manuel, 65, of Mt. Airy passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem. She was born in Galax, VA on August 17, 1948 to the late John Henry and Roberta Lee Price Manuel. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Susan and David Robertson of Lowgap; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Daniel Morris of Westfield and Jason and Lynn Morris of Lambsburg, VA; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Darlene and James Smith of Sparta and Ellen Nuckolls of Rural Retreat, VA and three brothers, Jimmy, Jay and Billy Manuel all of Galax. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Manuel was preceded in death by a daughter, Crystal Jeanine Morris. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 PM Thursday, July 3, 2014 at Ivy Green Baptist Church with the Rev. Woody Flippen officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
