Mrs. Erma Grogan Gunter

Mrs. Erma Grogan Gunter, age 70, of Dobson, NC passed away at her home on Wednesday morning March 25, 2015. She was born in Henry Co. Va. On July 30, 1944 to the late Roy C. Grogan and the late Liberty Overby Dix. She was a homemaker and was a member of Field of Grace Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother Burton Grogan. Surviving are her husband David E. Gunter of the home; one daughter and son-in-law Lisa and Brian Coleman, of Dobson; two sons Michael Gunter of King, NC and Gene Gunter of the home; by four grandchildren Layne and JoshTalbott, BreAnna Coleman, Mason Gunter, Adrianna Dillion; by one great grandchild Davin Talbott. A memorial service will be held on Saturday 7:00 PM March 28, 2015 at Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson. The family will receive friends at Moody-Davis Funeral Home on Saturday from 6:00 PM until the time of her service at 7:00 PM. Moody-Davis Funeral Home is helping with the Cremation of Mrs. Gunter.
