Mrs. Evelyn Jean Bradley Moose

Mrs. Evelyn Jean Bradley Moose, 91, Lowgap, NC widow of Mr. David Dewey Moose passed away, Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born February 1, 1924 in Mecklenburg County to the late, Robert Oren and Ada Simpson Bradley. Mrs. Moose was a server at the Lowgap Nutrition Center having stopped due to declining health and was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She was a member of Skull Camp Fire Department Auxiliary. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Willie Chambers of Pinnacle, Rhonda and Bobby Glidewell of Lowgap, a son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Alice Moose of Lowgap, nine grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Moose was preceded in death by a sister, Lib Garmon and a brother, Rev. Oren Bradley. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 20, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Oak Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Alton Bledsoe officiating. Entombment will follow in the Skyline Memory Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 PM until time for the service at Oak Grove Baptist Church.
