Mrs. Hazel Marie Pack Harris

Mrs. Hazel Marie Pack Harris, age 65 of Meadows of Dan, passed away Thursday, June 18, 2015 at her home. She was born in West Virginia on December 9, 1949 to the late Carl F. and Julia Gunter Pack. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Harris was preceded in death by one sister, Janet Pack, and one brother, Lonnie Pack.

Mrs. Harris is survived by her husband of 44 years, Leonard Harris of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Lisa H. and Michael Haas of Meadows of Dan; one son and daughter-in-law, Timmy and Charlene Harris of Meadows of Dan; six grandchildren, Jonathan Haas, Morgan Haas, Brooklyn Modlin and husband, Kevin, Devin Harris, Justice Harris and Caleb Sutphin; two great-grandchildren, Autumn Rose Modlin and Lucas Modlin; two brothers, Tommy Pack of Stuart and Jimmy Pack of Vesta; and one sister, Frances Nester of Fancy Gap.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church with Pastor Joe Young officiating. Burial will follow in the Lewis Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service at the church. If desired, memorials may be made to Faith Baptist Church, 2090 Cloudbreak Road, Meadows of Dan, Virginia 24120.
