Mrs. Inez Golden Golding

Mrs. Inez Golden Golding age 91 of Lambsburg, Va widow of Mr. Floyd Roscoe Golding passed away Friday, December 7, 2012 at Waddell Nursing and Rehab Center in Galax, VA. She was born May 15, 1921 in Carroll County to the late Hillary Emmett and Nettie Mae Holderfield Golden. She was the former owner and operator of Inez Golding Grocery in Lambsburg and was a member of Chestnut Grove Primitive Baptist Church. Surviving are a sister and brother-in-law, Hattie and Grady (G.B) Hawks, King, several loving nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Golding was preceded in death by four sister, Nora Flippin, Zora Brown, Clora Creed and Alice Snow and a brother, Eldridge Hawks. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Monday, December 10, 2012 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Elder Woody Edwards. Burial will follow in the Chestnut Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 12:30 pm Monday until time of the service at Moody Funeral Home.
