Mrs. Karen Denise White Jones

Mrs. Karen Denise White Jones age 50 of 218 Maple Hollow Road, Mt. Airy, NC wife of Mr. Dean Jones passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at her home. She was born February 26, 1962 in Union, SC to Doris Gardner Burrell and the late Paul White. She was a graduate of Union County High School in 1980 and a graduate of Surry Community College in 2006. Mrs. Jones was a unit Clerk for Northern Hospital of Surry County and attended Christ Community Church. Surviving are her husband, Dean Jones of the home. two daughters, Dee Benton, Mt. Airy and Ashley Jones, Mt. Airy, mother, Doris G. Burrell, Union, SC, two brothers and a sister-in-law, Ricky White, Union, SC and Steve and Linda White, Cedar Bluff, VA, Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Friday, May 25, 2012 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Dr. David Brady. Burial will follow in Skyline Memory Gardens. The family receive friends 12:30 PM Friday until time of the service at Moody Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Relay for Life or the Scleroderma Foundation. .
