Mrs. Linda Ann Smith Shinault

Mrs. Linda Ann Smith Shinault, 66, of Mt. Airy passed away Sunday, November 23, 2014 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Patrick County on December 1, 1947 to the late Eugene and Etta Frances Niten Smith. Mrs. Shinault was retired from B&J Hosiery. She is survived by her husband, Ralph "Buddy" Shinault of the home; daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Tim Shumate, Jody and Terry Sawyers, Lisa Shinault all of Mt. Airy; son, Jammy Shinault and fiancée Melissa Mabe of Mt. Airy; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law, Debra Smith, Jackie Smith, and Kay Morris all of Mt. Airy; brother and sister-in-law, Kermit and Norma Smith of Pilot Mountain; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Shinault was [preceded in death by a sister Frances Gwyn.
