Mrs. Louise Marie Moorefield Shelton
She was born on Sept. 19, 1927 in Patrick County to the late Charlie Walter Moorefield and Lucy Lee Handy Moorefield. Mrs. Shelton had retired from DuPont.
Surviving are a daughter, Joan M. Shelton of Stuart; a son, Michael F. Shelton of Stuart; two grandchildren, Cortney Shelton, Brad Morrison; three great grandchildren, Mallory DeHart, Kade Williams, Kinley Morrison; and one sister, Jane Shelton of Stuart.
Funeral services for Mrs. Shelton will be held Sunday, Nov. 29, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Pastor Dewayne Troutt officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Online condolences may be sent to www.moodyfuneralservices.com
