Mrs. Margaret Via Vipperman

Mrs. Margaret Via Vipperman, age 85, of Claudville, Virginia passed away on Wednesday afternoon September 30, 2015 at the Heritage Hall – Laurel Meadows Rehabilitation Center in Laurel Fork, VA. She was born in Critz, Virginia on January 29, 1930 to the late George Fleming Via and to the late Kathleen Dalton Via. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her three brothers George Via, Bruce Via and Jimmie Via.

Surviving is her husband Dr. Posey Elmer Vipperman, daughter and son-in-law Carolyn and Kevin Dalafave of Columbus, GA, son Bryan Keith Vipperman of Tallahassee, FL, daughter Betsy Vipperman of Rochester, NY, son and daughter-in-law Dr. Jeffrey and Corinne Vipperman of Pittsburgh, PA, seven grandchildren Jonathan Dalafave, Emily and husband Douglas Luton, Mary Margaret Dalafave, Katherine Dalafave, Abbey Vipperman, Phoebe Vipperman, and William Vipperman; and two great grandchildren Gabriel and Corrin Luton.
Funeral services for Mrs. Vipperman will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Stuart with Rev. John Franklin officiating. Burial will immediately follow in the Critz Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
