Mrs. Nancy Jane Curry

Mrs. Nancy Jane Stovall Curry, age 78 of Stuart, Virginia passed away Sunday January 4, 2015 at Pioneer Community Hospital in Stuart. She was born in Patrick County on July 3, 1936 to the late Richard "Dick" Moir Stovall and Ruth Holt Stovall. In addition to her parents Mrs. Curry was preceded in death by a brother, Richard "Wimpy" Moir Stovall, Jr. and a daughter in law, Delene Curry. Mrs. Curry enjoyed traveling; especially visiting Dollywood, singing in the choir and eating out. She was a member of High Point Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend.

Mrs. Curry is survived by her husband of 58 years Raymond Curry of the home; four sons and daughters-in-law, Michael Lee Curry and wife, Patty of Omaha, Nebraska, Raymond Dale Curry and wife, Beverly of Stuart, Alan Ray Curry and wife, Amy of Stuart, Howard Barry Curry of Stuart; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Lloyd Thomas Stovall of Stuart and Jimmy Ben Stovall and wife, Francis of Patrick Springs and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral
