Mrs. Ollie Cleo Nunn Brim, 89, of Mt. Airy passed away Monday, December 15, 2014 at Village Care of King. She was born in Surry County on August 26, 1925 to the late Roy and Maggie Ellen Wood Nunn. Mrs. Brim was retired from Spencer's and was a member of Mt. Airy Church of God. She is survived by her children and spouses, Melba and Charles Gammons, Ted and Ruth Brim, Joe Brim, Tim Brim, Susan Miller, Linda Brim, Mike and Gail Brim, Kenneth and Janice Brim, Libby and Bill Patterson, grandchildren, Eddie Gammons, Dennis Gammons, Tracie Brim Clark, Tim Brim, Jr., Shane Brim, Brett Brim, Ellie Cinco, Courtney Simmons, Brittany Cinco, Paul Rogatsios, Christian Cinco, Sam Rogatsios, Andy Miller; eleven great grandchildren; a brother, Bobby Nunn. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Brim was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Coolidge Brim; two sisters, Betty Nunn Adams and her twin, Theo Nunn White; a brother, Olin Nunn. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Flat Rock Pentecostal Holiness Church with Dr. David Sparks and the Rev. Bill Daniel officiating. Burial will follow in Skyline Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday night from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy. The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff of Village Care of King and to her dear friend Hazel Long for the love and care given to their mother.
