Mrs. Ruby Darlene Handy

Mrs. Ruby Darlene Handy, age 41, of Stuart passed away Saturday, Oct. 3, 2015 at her home. She was born on Jan. 30, 1974 in Patrick County. She was preceded in death by her father, Roger Wayne Campbell; and her grandparents, Charlie and Ruby Dalton, and Woodrow and Hazel Campbell.
Surviving are three sons, Jacob, Nathan, and Isaiah Handy all of the home; her mother, Almeda Dalton Mullins of Stuart; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Bonita and J.R. Vipperman of Stuart, Charmin Campbell Gilley of Patrick Springs; one brother and sister-in-law, Robbi and Faith Campbell of Stuart; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2015 at 11 AM at Abiding Grace Family Worship Center with Pastor J.R. Vipperman officiating. Burial will follow in the Dalton Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be made to the Ruby D. Handy Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 307, Stuart, VA 24171.
