Mrs. Ruby Ethyline Boyd Timmons

Mrs. Ruby Ethyline Boyd Timmons, 95, of Mt. Airy passed away Sunday, February 15, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Surry County on December 26, 1919 to the late Percy Jasper and Mary Leanah Belton Boyd. Mrs. Timmons was a homemaker and was a member of New Life Pentecostal Church. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Mitchell Timmons, Jr. and Marie of Avon Park, FL, Rev. Gary Timmons and Justine of Mt. Airy; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Timmons was preceded in death by her husband, Mitchell Moorefield "Doc" Timmons; a daughter, Nancy Nelson; a son, Jimmy Gray Timmons.
