Mrs. Sandra Gayle Bennett Brown

Mrs. Sandra Gayle Bennett Brown, of Lowgap, passed away Monday, April 27, 2015 at her home. Mrs. Brown was born in Surry County on September 28, 1947 to the late Roger and Beulah Brown Bennett. She was a loving wife, sister and dear friend to so many. Surviving is her devoted husband, Mikeal Brown; sisters and brothers-in-law, Brenda and Ronnie Jessup and Lisa and Rodney Johnson; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Shirley and Bill Johnston; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Eric and Heather Brown; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Tonya and Trevor Vestal; several nieces and nephews and many special friends. A celebration of life will begin at 2:00 PM, May 16th at New River Camp Ground Pavilion at 3745 New River Pkwy, Independence, VA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society at 500 E. Morehead St., Suite 2211, Charlotte, NC 28202.
