Mrs. Shirley Jean Aller Zimmerman

Mrs. Shirley Jean Aller Zimmerman, 66, of Mt. airy passed away Sunday, April 20, 2014 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem. She was born in Blair County, PA on January 5, 1948 to the late Harry and Margaret McNeal Aller. Mrs. Zimmerman was a fast food manager and was a member of Flippen Memorial Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Daniel and Shannon Kovach, Scott and Krystal Dawn Kovach all of Mt. Airy; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; her fiancé, Frank Midkiff of Mt. airy; three sisters, Josie Fisher of Mechanicsburg, PA, Mary Werni of OH, Carol Dillard of Annville, PA; three brothers, Bobby Aller and Larry Aller both of Lebanon, PA, Gary Aller of Fort Indiantown Gap, PA. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Flippen Memorial Baptist Church with the Rev. Tim Burton officiating. Burial will follow in Skyline Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Monday night from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the church.
