Mrs.Louise Hice Johnson

Mrs. Louise Hice Johnson age77 of 2551 South Main Street, Mt. Airy, NC widow of Mr. James R. Johnson passed away Thursday, April 19, 2012 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born March 7, 1935 in Surry County, NC to the late Pate Lewis and Ima Jane Todd Hice. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist Faith. Surviving are a granddaughter, Roxanne Sandlin, Charlotte, sister and brother-in-law, Clara and James Moore, Mt. Airy and John and Linda Hice, Lowgap. and several nieces, several great nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by a son, James Jeffrey Johnson and a sister, Avadell Nunn. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev Marty Reece. Burial will follow in Skyline Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends 12:00 pm Saturday until time of the service at Moody Fuenral home Chapel.. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
