Ms. Brenda Kaye Hubbard

Ms. Brenda Kaye Hubbard, age 64 passed away Friday at the Blue Ridge Nursing Center in Stuart. She was born in Patrick County on March 23, 1949 to the late Benjamin Monroe Hubbard and Fannie Ruth Webb Hubbard. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by a sister, Linda Faye Hubbard; and a brother, Layman Ray Hubbard. She was a student at the Patrick County Developmental Center.
Surviving are a brother and sister in law, Garvin and Shirley Hubbard of Patrick Springs; and three nieces, Drema Joyce, Lavina Corns, and Shanan Turner.
Funeral services will be held Monday, June 3, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Pastor Dwayne Pruitt officiating. Burial will follow in the Hubbard Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Patrick County Developmental Center, P.O. Box 785, Stuart, VA 24171.
