Ms. Dianne Jewel Freeman Brown

Ms. Dianne Jewel Freeman Brown, age 64, of Mount Airy, passed away Sunday, October 22, 2017, at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born in Surry County to the late Walter Franklin and Mary Frances Cave Freeman. She had worked as a bus driver for the Surry County school system and was a hairdresser. She is survived by her significant other, Lonnie Alvin Reed; her daughters and son-in-law, Andrea and Nick Booth, and Savanna Brown and her fiancé, David Bright; her sons and daughters-in-law, Jonathan and Melissa Isaacs, Brandon and Ashley Goins, and Adam and Aubrey Isaacs; fifteen grandchildren; her sister, Joyce Couch; her brother and sister-in-law; Ralph and Sharon Freeman; and her best friend, Christine Pierce. Visitation will be Friday, October 27, 2017 from 2:00-4:00 PM at Central View Missionary Baptist Church. The funeral will follow at 4:00 PM with Dr. Rick Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Moody-Davis Funeral Service, PO Box 295, Dobson NC 27017, to assist with final expenses.
