Ms. Helen Ruth Geiger

Ms. Helen Ruth Geiger, 83 of Mt. Airy passed away at Dunmore Plantation Tuesday, March 27, 2012. She was born in Concord, NC on February 20, 1929 to the late Ebert Ulec and Willie Mae Causey Cenhen. Ms. Geiger retired from Renfro Corporation and was a member of Shield of Faith Baptist Church. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Larry Dean and Gloria Dollyhigh of Mt. Airy, six grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren and a brother, Lewis Britt Cenhen of Texas. In addition to her parents, Ms. Geiger was preceded in death by a son, Jonathan Easter; a sister, Irene Branson and a brother, Paul Cenhen. A funeral service will be held at 5:00 PM on Friday, March 30, 2012 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Terry Longworth officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy from 4:00 until the time of the service.
