Ms. Marethai Ann "Tish" Oxford Card

Ms. Marethia Ann "Tish" Oxford Card, age 59 of Meadows of Dan, passed away Sunday, August 17, 2014 at her home. She was born in Miami, Florida on October 16, 1954, and was preceded in death by a sister, Ida Oxford. She was a kind, loving, free spirited person who was loved by all.
Ms. Card is survived by two sons, Jeffrey Stroika and Damian Stroika, both of San Diego, California; two daughters, Katrina Card Cervero of Wilmington, North Carolina and Kimberly Card Gregory of Portland, Oregon; one step-son, Jake Card of Wilmington, North Carolina; three grandchildren; her father, Jim Oxford of Woolwine; her mother, Rosalind Boles Oxford of Floral City, Florida; a sister, Patricia Gunter of Collinsville; and a longtime friend and companion, Chris Barth of Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
