Ms. Mildred Eliza Spence

Ms. Mildred Eliza Spence age 84 of Stuart, passed on Saturday, April 30 at Blue Ridge Nursing Center in Stuart. She was born on July 12, 1926 in Patrick County to the late Preston Spence and Jenny Holt Spence. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Myrtle Rogers and Annie Austin and three brothers, Bronzie, George and Curtis Spence.
Ms. Spence is survived by a sister, Opal Light of Stuart and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at 11:00 am at Stuart Cemetery with Rev. Jackie Spence officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart. Online condolences may be sent by visiting www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
