Ms. Suzanne Leigh Beach Phillips

Ms. Suzanne Leigh Beach Phillips, age 36, of Elkin, NC received her angel wings on Saturday April 16, 2016 at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital in Elkin. She was born in Forsyth County on January 7, 1980 to Linda Daye and to Lewis Edward Beach. She was a Veteran of the US Navy and was a home maker. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband Tony Phillips of Elkin, daughter, Kaili Marie Phillips of Elkin; son, Abraham Landon “Bo” Phillips of Elkin; mother, Linda Daye of Elkin; father, Lewis Edward Beach and wife, Denise of Elkin; sister, Stephanie Beach of Dobson; brother and sister-in-law, John and Rebecca Beach of Hawaii; nieces, McKenzie Beach and Samantha Smith; nephew, Troy Vestal; maternal grandmother, Tina Garris. Funeral services will be held 3:00 pm, Saturday April 23, 2016 at Friendship Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm and last until the time of the service. Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson is serving the Phillips family. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to her children, c/o their father, Tony Phillips 9654 NC Hwy 268 Elkin, NC 28621.
