Ms. Tammy Bryant

Ms. Tammy Michelle Ables Bryant, age 47, of Mt. Airy, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2018, at her home. Ms. Bryant was born in Surry County on November 11, 1970, to the late Jimmy and Ethel Coleman Ables. She was so loving and kind to everyone, she will be sorely missed. Among the many that will always cherish her memory are her fiancé Gary Slate, her daughter, Olivia Bryant; step children, Bradley Slate, and Candace Poole; step grandchildren, Jake Poole and Ethan Poole; and her best friend, Beth Casstevens and her husband Derek. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00 to 2:00 at Moody Funeral Home with the funeral to follow at 2:00 in the chapel by Rev. Butch Holder. Burial will follow in Peoples Church Cemetery.
