Nicholas Daniel Dutton

Mr. Nicholas Daniel Dutton, 36, of Mount Airy, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. He was born February 10, 1984, in Elbert County, GA, to Carlene Noonkester. He was a loving father, son, brother, and friend, who will be dearly missed. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Chloe Whitt; two sons, Lindon Dutton and Roby Dutton; a sister, Christy Noonkester; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Jason and Kara Dutton and John Calvin Dutton; a special friend, Bubba McCoy; and many aunts, uncles, and nephews. The funeral service will be held Sunday, February 7, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy, with Pastor Mike Springston officiating. Burial will follow in The Peoples Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
