Pansy Lee Miller Leftwich

Mrs. Pansy Lee Miller Leftwich, age 79 of Westfield, passed on peacefully to Paradise Sunday afternoon July 7, 2024, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, NC. She was born April 24, 1945, in Watauga County to the late Turner Oliver Miller and Effie Mae Carroll Miller. She was an exceptional cook who showed her passion for her family through food. Left to cherish her precious memory are her son, Jimmy Leftwich; grandchildren, Wendy and Dale Easter, Elijah Leftwich, Dillon Leftwich, and Stacee Leftwich and fiancée Terry Throckmorton; two sisters, Virginia Watson and Nancy Hurley; dear friend, Vanessa Payne; along with several other family and friends. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Leftwich was preceded in death by her husband, Haskell Johnny Leftwich; daughter, Patty Lynn Leftwich; son, Tommy Lee Leftwich; and by two brothers, Johnny Miller and Dennis Miller. A private graveside service will be held at a later time. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
