Patricia Ann Lawson Siegert

Mrs. Patricia Ann Lawson Siegert, 68, of Mount Airy, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2014, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem. She was born March 12, 1946, in Surry County, to the late Lester and Viola Sawyers Lawson. Mrs. Siegert retired from Renfro Corporation and was a member of The Peoples Church. She is survived by her husband, Robert G. Siegert of the home; a daughter, Rhonda Mabe of Mount Airy; a son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Shasta Holder of Cana, VA; her grandchildren, Levi Holder, Josh Gwyn and Anna Jessup, Luke Mabe, Brittney and Chris Tucker, and Anthony and Diana Holder; three great-grandchildren, Eli Gwyn, Tyra Holder, and Michael Holder; three sisters, Eva Meredith and Gracie Jones, both of Ararat, and Edith Marshall of Mount Airy; and two brothers, Wayne Lawson of Pilot Mountain and Garnett Lawson of Mount Airy. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Siegert was preceded in death by three brothers, Paul Lawson, Ranson Lawson, and Charles Lawson. A graveside memorial service will be held Saturday, November 29, 2014, at 2:00 PM at The Peoples Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Eugene Brinkley officiating. There will be no formal visitation. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
