Pauline Jane Creed Fleenor

Mrs. Pauline Jane Creed Fleenor, 83, of Mt. Airy passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. She was born in Surry County on October 15, 1932 to the late Bryant and Nannie Tickle Creed. Mrs. Fleenor was retired from the Wagon Wheel Restaurant and was a member of Union Hill Friends Meeting. She is survived by her husband, Carl Eugene Fleenor of the home; daughters and sons-in-law, Sylvia and Alan Jones, Nancy and Michael Cockerham all of Mt. Airy; a son and daughters-in-law, Larry and Terasa Brim of East Bend, Chrystal Brim of Mt. Airy; grandchildren and spouses, Natalie Cockerham, David and Paula Jones, Brandon and Brooke Brim; great grandchildren, Bret Jones, and Caleb Hall; brothers and sister-in-law, Leonard Creed and Wanda York of Belvedere, Archie and Esther Creed of Greensboro; brother-in-law, Ed Brim of Randleman; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Fleenor was preceded in death by sisters, Becky Smith, Juanita Brim, and Bertie Haynes; brothers, Braxton, Glenn, Clarence, and Dennis Creed. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 4, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Joe Atkins officiating. Burial will follow in Skyline memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 PM until time for the service at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy.
