Peggy Lou Hall
Mrs. Peggy Lou Hall, age 74 of Galax, passed away Monday, December 28, 2020 at Lewis Gale Medical Center in Pulaski. She was born on February 5, 1946 in Patrick County to the late Tommy Goard and Lucy Arnder Goard. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Larry Goard, J.C. Goard, George Goard, and infant twin brothers.
Surviving are her husband, Joe Hall of Galax; two daughters, Donna Lawson of Stuart, Nancy Spencer of Cana; one son, Tony Spence of VA; two brothers, Pete Goard of Stuart, Ray Goard of Patrick Springs; and several nieces and nephews.
