Mrs. Penny Diane Marshall, age 76, passed away early Saturday morning, May 18, 2024, at Dunmore Plantation in Dobson. Mrs. Marshall was born April 18, 1948, to the late Margaret Glenn Fosdick. She is survived by her daughter of Quitman, Texas, Kelli Grant. There will be no formal services held at this time. Moody’s of Mount Airy is serving the Marshall family.
