FAVORITE MEMORIES
Kathy: When we went to the beach in the Suburban, Phid would tell niece and nephew Laurie and Kelly “Move on over the Big Dog is coming in.”
Regina - after Daddy turned the lights out, we would lie in bed and whisper stories of our day. We even did this as adults. Sister Kathy often read to me until I fell asleep. I would sit in the window every day and wait for Phid to come home from work hoping for a small, sweet treat or gift.
So Dear Sweet Phid, your work on this earth is now finished and you can join our departed loved ones in heaven. Our nightly prayer was…Now I lay me down to sleep I ask the Lord my soul to keep, if I should die before I wake, I ask the Lord my soul to take…God Bless Mama, Daddy, Bonnie, Phid, Kathy and Gina. Amen Goodnight sweet Phid.
