Richard Dale Pell

Mr. Richard Dale Pell, age 63, of Mount Airy passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at Atrium Wake Forest Health in Winston Salem, NC. He was born in Surry County, May 24, 1959, the son of the late Elbert Franklin and Katherine Holyfield Pell. Mr. Pell was employed by Beck Trucking in Dobson, NC and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving is his wife of 40 years, Peggy Wright Pell; daughters, Lisa Wright, Tarren Wright, and Brandi Wright; brothers, Steve Pell (Carol) and Ricky Pell (Tammy); sister, Karen Lawson (Jerry). In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Katlin Wright. There will be a private family service for Mr. Pell. Moody Funeral Service is serving the Pell family.
