Mrs. Rillia Annabelle Sisk Faries, age 86, of Mount Airy, entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 24, 2026, in Mount Airy. Mrs. Faries was born in Stokes County, North Carolina on August 22, 1939, to the late John Madison and Mary Lou Dalton Sisk. Annabelle was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She was a faithful member of Old Orchard Primitive Baptist Church and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Surviving are her daughters, Sheila Faries, Tammy Faries; son and fiancé, Donnie Faries and Vicky; five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Larry Sisk and Loedia, Paul Sisk and Ronalda, Glenn Sisk and Sylvia, Billy Sisk; several nieces and nephews; along with special friends, Delmer Stewart and Claudette Cook. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Faries was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Ralph Donald Faries; sister and brother-in-law, Hulda Sisk Jones and Vance; brothers and sisters-in-law, Otis Sisk and Edna, Herbert Sisk and Jean, Cardell Sisk and JoAnn, Odell Sisk and Mildred, J.M. Sisk and Frankie, Lesper Sisk and Mary, Johnny Sisk, Kelly Sisk and Jane. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM Old Orchard Primitive Baptist Church in Westfield with Elder Rodney Marshall and Reverend Paul Sisk officiating. Interment to follow in the Big Creek Primitive Baptist Church cemetery in Westfield. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Old Orchard Primitive Baptist Church c/o Rodney Marshall, 1035 Old Orchard Road, Westfield, North Carolina 27053.
