Robert Paul Borne

Mr. Robert Paul Borne, 72, of Mt. Airy, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, March 2, 2023.  He was born in Baton Rouge, LA, July 13, 1950, to the late Clifton Paul and Rosalie Mascarella Borne.  Mr. Borne bravely served in the U.S. Marines.  He retired from NC Foam after several years of service and continued to work part time with Wal-Mart.  Mr. Borne was known as a hard worker and kind person.  He is survived by his siblings, Dolores Laborde, Dennis Borne, and Timothy Borne.  No formal service or visitation is being planned at the funeral home.    Online condolences may be made at www.moodyfuneralservices.com
