Robert Kenneth Turner

Mr. Robert Kenneth Turner, age 75, of Claudville, Virginia, passed away Sunday morning May 11, 2025, at Lewisgale Memorial Hospital in Salem, Virginia. Mr. Turner was born in Trenton, New Jersey on July 25, 1949, to the late Charlotte Mabe. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend, who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He was a longtime truck driver, were he later retired. Surviving Mr. Turner is his loving wife, Yvonne Terry Turner; daughters and sons-in-law, Theresa Turner and Christian Phillips, Stacy Bennewitz and Bryan; grandchildren, Derrick Reed, Blaise Phillips, Oakley Phillips, Kayleigh and Colton Smith, Kyle and Austin Bennewitz; great grandchild, Nylo Bennewitz; sister, Mary Adubatro. In addition to his mother, Mr. Turner was preceded in death by his daughter, Pamala Terry; brother, Vince Turner. The family will hold a celebration of life service at a later date. Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy is respectfully serving the Turner family.
