Roby Lee Goins, III

Mr. Roby Lee Goins, III age 36 of Mt. Airy, NC. passed away Sunday May 25, 2014 at the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem. Mr. Goins was born September 11, 1977 in Forsyth County to Pam Tilley Goins and the late Roby Lee Goins, Jr., and was employed by Lester's Towing and Recovery. Surviving are his mother Pam Tilley Goins of Mt. Airy, a brother Jonathan Derrick Goins of Mt. Airy, his paternal grandmother Elsie Gladys Edwards Goins of Mt. Airy, his maternal grandparents Lester and Alene Tilley of Mt. Airy, his companion Melissa Diane France of Mt. Airy, two step children William Presley France and Garrett Gray France both of Mt. Airy, several aunts and uncles, three nieces, a special friend Tommy Marion of Shoals, NC and his loving dog Roxie Rue. In addition to his father Mr. Goins was preceded in death by a brother Michael Shane Goins. A memorial service will be held Tuesday night at 7:00 P.M. at the Mt. Airy Wesleyan Church with services conducted by Rev. Richard Loman. Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. until time for the service at the church. Moody Funeral Services will be assisting the Goins Family.
