Ronald Dale Smith

Mr. Ronald Dale Smith, 60, of Lambsburg, VA, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2008, at his home. Mr. Smith was born May 4, 1947, in Surry County, to Clarence V. Smith and the late Hazel L. Smith. He was a member of Fellowship Tabernacle. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Christiana L and Rusty E. Brewer, Sr. of Gloucester Point, VA; a son and daughter-in-law, Ernest K. and Angela Smith of Lowgap; grandchildren, Rusty E. Brewer, Jr. and Dylan Lee Smith; a stepgranddaughter, Isabella Hooker; his father, Clarence V. Smith; previous wives, Rosalie Cooke and Margaret Spencer; his best friend, Charles York; aunts and uncles, Myrtle Moncus, Mary and Bill Belton, Trusty Lineberry, Mattie and Clarence Belton, Paul and Anita Snow, and Mimmie and Maxine Snow; and numerous cousins and family friends. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 12, 2008, at Fellowship Tabernacle with the Rev. Donald Bryant officiating.
