Ruthie Anne Law

Ms. Ruthie Anne Barker Law, 55 of Mount Airy, passed away on Saturday morning, April 25, 2026, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on November 15, 1966, in Surry County to the late Charles Dean Barker and the late Ruth Ann Snow Monday. She worked as a financial analyst for Flow Chevrolet for many years. Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Emily and Lee Ayers, and Amber Bilyeu; grandchildren, Emery Ayers, Kaybree Ayers, Jonah Bilyeu, Jesse Coins, Reagan Rose, Cayden Rose, and Bentley Bonham; sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Daniel Vickers; her ½ siblings, Hannah Barker, Michael Barker, and Mark Barker; and many more family and friends. In addition to her parents, Ms. Law was preceded in death by a daughter, Jessica Anne Finley; and a ½ brother, Daniel Barker. A service of worship and celebration will be held on Saturday May 2, 2026, at 4:00pm in the Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy with Pastor Tim Crotts officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the chapel. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
