Stephanie Lynn Creed

Ms. Stephanie Lynn Creed, 53, of Mount Airy, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2020, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem.  Ms. Creed was born November 25, 1966, in Surry County, to Sanford Ray Creed, Sr. and the late Linda Carolyn Marion.  Stephanie was a self-employed housekeeper, who will be dearly missed by all her family and many friends.  She is survived by two daughters, Deaven Elizabeth Mauldin and Saige Caroline Leftwich; two grandchildren, Jacxon Mauldin and Zayden Draughn; her father and stepmother, Sanford Ray Creed, Sr. and Margaret Creed; a sister, Melanie Creed Quesenberry; two brothers, Galeon Creed and Rayford Ray Creed, Jr.; seven nieces, Cansas, Justice, McKayla, Eden, Caitlynn, Railynn, and Alyza; and a nephew, Jared.  A graveside service will be held Tuesday, August 18, 2020, at 2:00 PM at Union Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Brad Quesinberry officiating.  The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 until 4:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy.
