Stephen Ashley Patterson

Mr. Stephen Ashley Patterson, age 54 of Mount Airy, passed away Saturday evening May 30, 2026. He was born in Surry County on August 20, 1971, to Linda Gayle Shelton Patterson and the late Clay Reece “Pete” Patterson. He owned and operated Patterson Tire for some years before going to work for Kernersville Dodge, as long as his health permitted. In addition to his mother, Mr. Patterson is survived by his son, Kenyon Patterson, and two brothers, Tim Patterson and Brian Patterson. Graveside services will be held Thursday June 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Oakdale Cemetery. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
