Susan Roy Lund Page

Mrs. Susan Roy Lund Page, 61, of Mount Airy, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2009, at Baptist Hospital. Mrs. Page was born July 16, 1947, in Superior, WI, to Peggy Hazel Swanson Lund and the late Roy Edwin Lund. She graduated from Wisconsin State University; was a homemaker; and a true gift to her family and friends. She is survived by her fiance, Bill Penley of Mount Airy; her mother, Peggy Swanson Lund of the home; a sister, Lorene Mendrek of Galesburg, IL; a niece, Amanda Mendrek; and a nephew, Eric Mendrek. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 28, 2009, at Moody Funeral Home in Mount Airy. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
