Teresa Gail Stevens Marshall

Ms. Teresa Gail Stevens Marshall, 68 of Mount Airy, passed away Saturday afternoon October 18, 2025, at Central Continuing Care in Mount Airy. She was born August 7, 1957, in Surry County to Dorothy Marie Lewis Stevens and the late Edward Gray Stevens. Teresa worked at Pine State Knitwear and Brintle’s Truck Stop for many years. Ms. Marshall is survived by her daughter, Jeri Marie Marshall; son, Jason Wayne Marshall; mother, Dorothy Stevens; significant other, Mike Blevins; sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Doug Phillips; brother, Michael Gray Stevens; and a host of other family and friends. Per the family’s wishes, there will not be any formal visitation or services at this time. Moody Funeral Services in Mount Airy is serving the family.
